How much does a Forestflame hot tub cost?
£4595 plus delivery.
How can I pay for my hot tub - do you take credit cards?
At the moment we accept cash and cheques only.
Do I pay a deposit with my order and the balance on delivery?
We need a deposit of £900 from you to confirm the order. The balance must be cleared through the bank before we deliver your hot tub.
How long will it take to get my tub once I've ordered it?
We aim to deliver your hot tub within 28 days of your order.
Does the tub come ready assembled?
Your wood-fired hot tub will arrive in component form and will then be assembled in your preferred location by our trained craftsmen.
Does the price include assembly or delivery?
The price includes assembly but delivery costs vary with distance from Longnor, Derbyshire:
£30 up to 20 miles
£100 up to 80 miles
£200 rest of mainland UK
Can you supply overseas?
We can arrange for your hot tub to be delivered overseas in kit form - you will have to find a local craftsmen to assemble it.
Does the wood come from a sustainable source?
The timber we use for your hot tub is Western Red Cedar from a sustainable source, approved by the Canadian Standards Agency.
What is the tub made from?
Western Red Cedar and stainless steel.
I want one of your tubs but the only access to my garden is through the house - is this a problem?
The largest single component of your hot tub is the floor at 74" in diameter. If this fits through the doors of your house, there should be no problem with access.
Does the tub come in only one size - can you build a custom size?
At moment we make one standard size - approx. 2 metres diameter x 900mm high. We would consider one-off sizes by special arrangement.
Do you offer any guarantee?
We offer you a 12 month guarantee on defective parts and workmanship affecting the operation of your hot tub. You have to accept that the cosmetic appearance may change slightly (discolouring of timber/slight cracking in timber/scaling on boiler) over time, adding to the character of the hot tub.
